Helpful Information

Walk-ins Welcome

While we encourage scheduling an appointment, we do welcome walk-ins clients. However, it is based on availability and if we are busy there may be a waiting period or you might have to schedule an actual appointment.

Guaranteed Service

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you let us know before you leave the facility, so that we could assist you immediately. All services are final. No refunds will be applied once the service is started.

Lash's appointment

To ensure your lash appointment is reserved, we require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit helps us guarantee your spot and prepare for your visit. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation and No Shows

If a customer has 3 consecutive cancellations or no shows, that customer will be accepted as a “walk-in” customer only.
